ZURICH JUNE 1st 2021: Loylogic, the award-winning loyalty innovation partner which owns Pointshub, Pointspay and Dezerved, has appointed Marta Wronska as Chief Financial Officer. Wronska joins from flydubai where she was heading Financial Planning and Control and Project Management.
Over the last 15 years she has held various finance roles across a range of industries including banking, professional services, chemical, pharmaceutical, aviation and loyalty.
As Head of Finance for Etihad Aviation Group subsidiary, Global Loyalty Company (GLC), from 2015 to 2018, Wronska managed finance teams for four loyalty programs across multiple geographies. Prior to that she worked with Etihad Airways in an M&A capacity in both Switzerland and across Europe.
In her new role Wronska will focus on driving strategic and structural change to enable the sustainable long-term growth plans that Loylogic is embarking upon. She will be responsible for the digital transformation of Loylogic finance, as well as financial planning and control, investor relations and funding activities.
