Kapil joins the current executive team of Loylogic in its Technology Hub in Pune, India and will be leading the entirety of the technology organization of Loylogic that includes engineering, product, and user experience.
He is also responsible for the global tech strategy of the company. He provides the technology vision for Loylogic’s innovative solutions and the leadership in all technical aspects of the business. As such, he is spearheading the technology roadmap as well as the solution scaling with engineering teams based out of India and Latvia.
Kapil comes with over 21 years of experience as an international technology leader, creating software for global tech companies and leading multi-site cross-functional software engineering teams. He has managed large engineering teams in Asia and North America. His expertise lies in Cloud-native software development, DevOps, Scaled Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and institutionalizing engineering culture for innovative software product development. Kapil holds an M.B.A. from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and the INSEAD Business School, as well as a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.
