Loylogic, the global loyalty and rewards engagement specialist, has appointed Samir Skif as the Head of Ultimate, its all new motivational rewards and recognition currency.
Ultimate is a new Points-as-a-ServiceTM motivation model that provides employees and organizational partners with a single motivation currency – called Stars – that can be exchanged for rewards through Loylogic’s global rewards experience. In this role, based out of Loylogic’s Dubai office, Samir will be responsible for launching, developing and growing Ultimate.
Samir is well placed to achieve this, bringing to Ultimate over 15 years experience of leading the development of well-known online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms including Jumia, JD.com and Alibaba Group. Combined with a background in HR at the likes of McDonald’s, Samir has all of the attributes and experience needed to deliver Loylogic’s ambition of making Ultimate the leading solution for employee and partner rewards.
Commenting on his role, Samir said: “I'm always excited to bring innovative solutions to market, which is why I simply couldn’t turn down the opportunity to join Loylogic to lead the launch of Ultimate. The potential of this truly innovative Points-as-a-ServiceTM motivation model is enormous, highlighted by the fact some of the biggest global brands are already expressing an interest in using it. I can’t wait to work with organisations around the world as I’m confident it will be a real game-changer when it comes to employee and partner recognition.”
Gabi Kool, CEO of Loylogic added: “We are delighted to have Samir on board during this super-exciting phase of Loylogic's growth. His wealth of experience and specialized knowledge is the perfect fit for this role, and he will be instrumental in achieving our bold vision of positioning Ultimate as the premier motivation currency.
"Ultimate is integral to our Brands2Communities growth strategy, which will see us connect over 1,000 brands with at least 100 million loyalty and rewards program members. I’m really looking forward to see how Ultimate grows under the leadership of Samir.”
