A Global First

With the core of Loylogic’s existing clients in the airline industry, the launch of the partnership with Etisalat More Rewards has propelled Loylogic’s global reward solution into the field of telecommunications loyalty. This highlights the flexibility of Loylogic’s global reward offering, meeting the reward needs of a new consumer segment and providing options to Etisalat customers to have rewards delivered nearly anywhere around the globe. The new online catalogue will allow More Rewards members to enjoy over 3000 new rewards from 400 exciting brands, from travel and shopping to unique experiences and charity donations. Implementation Time

Loylogic’s renowned promise of speedy, high quality delivery was truly tested with the launch of the Etisalat More Rewards online reward shop, with a commitment set by both parties to launch just 6 weeks after contract signature. The Loylogic infrastructure, IT support, creative teams, merchant network and communications team all contributed to creating a complete More Rewards Shop within the expected timeframe, setting a Loyalty industry precedent, and sending a message to any doubters of the Loylogic delivery promise.

Portfolio Suite

Etisalat customers can enjoy the full suite of Loylogic’s earn and burn solutions, as well as multiple channel redemption access. With an initial launch of the Loylogic BurnShopTM, More Rewards members were able to redeem for items from the Loylogic global rewards catalogue using their points or a combination of their points and cash: providing complete flexibility to customers and opening the entire catalogue to every More Rewards member. The Loylogic Earn solutions quickly followed, and More Rewards members are now able to earn points shopping online with their preferred merchants using the award winning Loylogic EarnMallTM and earn large numbers of points for unique items using the Loylogic EarnShopTM. Customers can use any of these facilities online, and also redeem their points using the award winning Loylogic MobAppTM: giving their iPhone customers account access and redemption options wherever they are.
