Loylogic opens office in North America and confirms commitment to U.S. market by hiring top loyalty

Zurich, Switzerland – Continuing its dedication to boosting member engagement with global points-based loyalty programs, Loylogic is extending its geographic coverage with an office in the USA. The new Atlanta office complements the company’s bases in Zurich, Dubai and London.
To best cater to U.S. loyalty program sponsor’s needs, Loylogic has hired two seasoned professionals from the U.S. market to lead its North American operations.

Professional Excellence

Alan Goldstein, previously Director of Business Development at Maritz Loyalty Marketing, will lead Loylogic operations as General Manager. Steve Landuyt takes the position of Executive Vice President of Sales, North America, heading up sales and business development. Steve’s most recent role was SVP Sales & Business Development at Citigroup.
Alan and Steve bring exemplary skill sets and added insight to the already broad-based expertise shared by Loylogic’s existing senior team. With the perspectives they have gained from hands-on experiences with a wide variety of leading global Loyalty corporations, they bring intimate knowledge of the North American market. This knowledge will be critical to Loylogic’s ability to get a fast start and sustained continued growth as the company builds upon its global rewards platform.

Alan Goldstein, General Manager

Alan’s 21 years of experience read like a text book on business development, operational and strategic planning excellence. As COO he was a key player in developing Vesdia Corporation’s leading Merchant Funded Rewards platform. He then moved on to Maritz, building a personal career dossier that ticks all the right boxes in terms of loyalty program development and operations; giving him deep insight into putting together best-in-class solutions that work. In addition, Alan brings considerable strength to Loylogic’s merchant funded rewards and strategic alliance development competencies.

Steve Landuyt, EVP Sales & Business Development

Steve brings 20 years of customer-facing experience with American Express and Citigroup. He was with American Express for 17 years and his roles included marketing, business development and sales. After attaining the position of VP of Enterprise Sales at Amex, he then joined Citigroup as SVP, Sales & Business Development, identifying and building strategic partnerships for Citi Cards. Steve is passionate about helping customers develop long and lasting relationships with their consumers, by establishing collaborative dialogue and strategically appropriate reward structures. He received his MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and has worked throughout Europe. This means he will be able to leverage multiple language and multi-cultural business acumen for the Loylogic team.

Dominic Hofer, CEO of Loylogic said:
“Alan is an all-round champion when it comes to loyalty management, and Steve has astounding abilities to create partnerships between like-minded parties. We are delighted to have secured two such proven professionals to lead our entry to the North American market.

Starting our business from Europe helped us solve global loyalty challenges better than any loyalty company in the market. Today, Loylogic’s ‘earn’ and ‘burn’ merchant networks cover 241 countries. This makes us the clear leader in engaging members of global loyalty programs. Our global approach and technology respond directly to the needs of the leading U.S. loyalty programs and gives us an edge in the North American market.”
